Spicy broth for cooking sea crustaceans.

Ingredients:

3 l water 1/8 l vinegar 15 pcs of crushed grains pepper 2 pcs bean leaves a bit of green parsley salt

Procedure:

1. Put water, vinegar, salt, spices in a pot and boil everything for about 5 minutes
2. Then throw the cleaned, prepared crustaceans into the boiling broth and cook them.
