Broth B (from white bones)
Clear to milky broth with the aroma and taste of the ingredients used as a base for many dishes.

Procedure:
1. Place the washed and chopped bones in a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil
2. Add salt, whole pepper and quartered onion
3. Reduce the heat and boil the bones for 2-3 hours
4. Then add the cleaned, rinsed, quartered root Vegetable Recipes and cook them slowly until tender
5. Finally, strain the broth through a thick colander and continue to use according to the respective recipes.
