Bites of fish smothered in tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Sliced onion fry in heated oil, stir in finely chopped garlic, plain flour and prepare a light roux
2. Pour in wine and two decilitres of water, whisk, add sliced tomatoes, bay leaves and simmer for 20 minutes
3. Squeeze the sauce, add the fish cut into pieces, ground pepper, salt and simmer them until they soften.
Recommendation:
Supplement: Can be served with cooked chard leaves, drizzled with hot oil.
