Broccoli with mashed potatoes

400 g broccoli 1 tbsp butter 1 pk onion 1 tbsp whole wheat flour 1 cup broccoli stock 1 tbsp vegeta 1/2 tbsp grated nutmeg 150 g new potatoes some water 1/2 tbsp sea salt 1 tbsp sweet cream some anchovies for garnish

1. Boil the cleaned and cut broccoli in a little water for about 15 minutes. Remove, drain and roughly chop. 2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the finely chopped onion. Dust with flour and fry until golden. Pour over the broccoli stock. 3. Bring to the boil and add the cooked broccoli, stirring constantly. Season with veggies and nutmeg. 4. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Boil in salted water, then mash them in it. Soften with cream. Serve the mashed potatoes with warm broccoli.
