Broccoli soup with spelt pancakes

ingredients

1 pk onion 1 pk broccoli 1 liter water 1 cube vegetable broth 1 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic 1 KL chilli 1 tbsp cream a little pepper a little salt

Pancakes

150 g white yoghurt 2 cups wholemeal spelt flour 1 KL salt 1 tbsp cumin

step

1. Fry onion, garlic in oil, add chilli, broccoli, broth and cover with water. Boil, season with cream, salt and pepper. 2. In a bowl, work the dough, form pancakes, which are dry roasted in a non-stick frying pan. Serve warm with soup.
