“Another one of the great recipes from the clever Marek Pavala for KitchenAid!”
1.
Put salted water on to boil in a large pot. Chop and separate individual broccoli florets and cook in the water for 3-4 minutes. We need to cut off the largest piece of broccoli easily. Drain quickly, but keep the water for future use.
2.
Place the broccoli in a KitchenAid blender and pour the broccoli broth about halfway over the broccoli. Blending quickly, thoroughly and consistently is important, especially with soup. For example, you can achieve the perfect result with a KitchenAid blender. Blend the soup until smooth, season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Cook no more!
3.
Place the goat cheese and nuts on plates and add a good portion of the cooked soup. Garnish with olive oil or black pepper. Enjoy!
