Broccoli soup with cheese

ingredients

300 g broccoli 1 pk small chopped onion 4 cloves garlic 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp plain flour 1 cube chicken broth 500 ml milk 500 ml water 150 g hard cheese (Eidam, cheddar, …) Salt, nutmeg, curry 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

This is a delicious and somewhat spicy soup that warms up well.

Fry the onion and garlic in butter

Then put flour and po fry

Pour in milk and water, add bouillon cube

Add broccoli florets, grated nutmeg, cayenne pepper and slow cook. Stir every now and then to keep it from burning.

When the soup is ready, season if necessary and sprinkle with grated cheese.
