Broccoli soup with carrots

1 pk broccoli 100 g carrots 1 pk egg pk salt pk ground black pepper pk ground red pepper 1 handful oatmeal pk water
procedure
1.
Part the broccoli into florets and cut the carrots into rounds

Place in water, add salt and cook.

For a healthier diet, I use oatmeal to thicken the soup. Not a slurry of lard and flour. Season with paprika and pepper, cook until Vegetable Recipes are tender.
4.
Whisk eggs with a fork and pour into soup.
5.
Cook until the egg is set.
6.
Decorate with green parsley.
