Broccoli salad with tofu
ingredients
1 pk broccoli 250 g tofu 1 tbsp chilli 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter 1 pinch salt 1 tbsp sesame seeds

1.
Wash the broccoli under cold water and steam it until semi-soft, so that it stays nice and green and especially crispy.
2.
Cut the tofu into cubes, sprinkle it with chilli and fry it in hot olive oil until golden.
3.
Drain the broccoli, break it into florets, lightly salt and mix with the tofu. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle with melted butter.
