Broccoli meatballs

500 g broccoli 5 tbsp oat flakes 100 g hard cheese /cemental, eidam/ 1 pk egg 6 cloves garlic 3 tsp marjoram dried ground chili pepper salt ground black pepper parsley breadcrumbs olive oil

A perfect light lunch or dinner:))

Part the broccoli into florets,clean the stalk and chop. Boil briefly in salted water, whisk and add oatmeal, egg, finely grated hard cheese, freshly ground black pepper,dried marjoram, pressed garlic, chopped parsley, ground chili pepper to taste, salt and mix to such a thickness that you can form fritters. Add oatmeal as needed. Coat them in breadcrumbs.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle each fashirka with oil and bake in the oven. Temperature 180°C on both sides for 15 minutes until golden.

Serve with potatoes and vegetable side dish. Bon appetit!
