Broccoli-ginger cream soup
ingredients
400 g broccoli 50 g ginger 1 pk onion 1 tbsp oil 1/2 tbsp salt 1 tbsp ground black pepper 1,5 liters water 1 tbsp soy sauce
procedure
1. Fry the onion in the oil, add the broccoli and sauté for a minute. 2. Then add the grated fresh ginger, sauté for another minute and cover everything with water (about 1.5 l). 3. Cook until the broccoli is soft and then blend everything. 4. Season with salt and pepper and add soy sauce for seasoning. 5. Enjoy!
