Broccoli any way is very good so I share the recipe I bake on a 10×7 cm baking sheet
1. Boil and mash the broccoli as you would mashed potatoes. In a bowl, break a whole egg and add three more egg yolks. Beat with a fork and add about a quart of cream from the eye, beating again with the fork. I pour it into the steamed broccoli and stir well. I add salt, a teaspoon of vegeta and a little pepper. Who wants to add grated cheese finely but it tastes great without it. 2. Line the baking tray with baking paper so that it sticks out, because after baking we need to pull the dumpling out. 3. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the broccoli mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 20minutes. 4. In between baking, cut the potatoes and put them to boil. Beat the egg whites with the egg whites you have left. 5. After 20 minutes, remove the baking tray, brush with the egg white (snow) and bake for 10 more minutes. 6. At the end, take the filling out of the tin (so it doesn’t stick) and cut the pieces with a knife dipped in cold water. Enjoy
