Broccoli-cheese soup for children

pk butter 1 tsp olive oil 1 pk fresh broccoli 1 pk carrots 1 pk shallots 1 clove garlic 500 ml vegetable broth or water 150 g soft cheese 2 dl milk 3 tbsp cornflour

Don’t your kids like broccoli? This soup is guaranteed to win them over. The smooth, creamy flavor.

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan with the olive oil. 2. Add finely chopped shallots and sauté. 3. Cut the fresh broccoli head into small pieces and add to the shallots. Toss. 4. Add the grated carrots. Mix. Sauté together for about 4 minutes. 5. Pour in baby vegetable broth (or water with a pinch of salt). 6. Add the crushed garlic clove. 7. Bring to the boil. 8. Boil the soup for 15-20 minutes. 9. Add the soft cheese to the soup and let it melt to combine with the soup. 10. Meanwhile, whisk together the milk and cornflour. 11. Pour in the soup. 12. Slowly bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until it has a nice creamy consistency. 13. Serve.
