Broccoli and Ham Lasagna

Here is the recipe for Broccoli and Ham Lasagna, a light and tasty lasagna, easy to prepare with broccoli, ham and a creamy light béchamel sauce. This lasagna dish is perfect for a light and filling meal.

Ingredients for 8 people:

300 g lasagna sheets 1.5 kg broccoli 300 g turkey ham 40 g grated parmesan 3 chopped garlic cloves 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the light bechamel sauce:

500 ml skim milk 3 tablespoons cornstarch 1 pinch grated nutmeg salt, pepper

Preparation:

Wash and cut the broccoli into florets, then cook it in boiling salted water for 8 minutes.
Then drain it and keep aside.
In a pan heat the olive oil then fry the chopped garlic for 3 minutes.
Add the broccoli and ham, stir, salt and pepper then cook for 3 minutes. Then remove from the heat.
Prepare the light béchamel in a saucepan, pour in a little milk then dilute the cornstarch.
Gradually add the rest of the milk, stirring vigorously, then simmer until the béchamel thickens.
Add the salt, pepper and nutmeg, mix then remove from the heat. Repeat the operation until all the ingredients are used up, then finish with a layer of béchamel sauce and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
Preheat the oven and then bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Then serve your broccoli and ham lasagna dish with a salad.
