Broccoli and Bacon Quiche

Here is the recipe for Broccoli and Bacon Quiche, a tasty light yogurt, broccoli and bacon quiche that is easy to make and perfect to serve with a salad for a light meal.
Ingredients for 6 people:
1 pie crust ( recipe here ) 500 g broccoli 90 g bacon 3 eggs 1 plain yogurt 0% 50 g parmesan cheese 100 g skim milk salt, pepper
Preparation:
Wash then cut the broccoli into pieces, and boil it in salted water for a few minutes. Then drain it.
In a frying pan fry the bacon for 1 minute then add the broccoli and let it fry for 2 minutes.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the yogurt and milk then add the parmesan, broccoli, salt and pepper.
Spread the pastry in a pie pan and then prick it with a fork.
Then pour the broccoli mixture and bake at 180°C for about 25 to 30 minutes.
