British hamburger
Grilled hamburgers of seasoned ground beef served in a bun, seasoned with ketchup and yogurt sauce, garnished with sweet and sour cucumber and salted tomato. Recipe from Jamie Cooks Fast Food.

Procedure:
1. Put the meat in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add a heaping tablespoon of mustard and finally spray everything with beer, mix, make four burgers
2. Prepare the yoghurt sauce; mix the yoghurt with the Worcestershire sauce
4. Place the burgers on a hot, lightly oiled pan and cook on a medium heat source for about 5-7 minutes on each side
5. Place a slice of tomato on the bottom of each warm bun, season with salt, place the finished burger on top of the tomato, and top with sweet and sour pickle slices or rounds
6. Top with about a teaspoon of yoghurt sauce, cover with the other part of the bun drizzled with ketchup and finally secure with a skewer or larger toothpick, serve immediately.
Recommendation:
In order to make the dish in 15 minutes, you must have a hot oven and a frying pan at the beginning of the preparation.
