Brioche Muffins in Thermomix

Here is the recipe for brioche muffins in Thermomix, tasty little buns very soft, easy and simple to make in the thermomix for the children’s snack.

Ingredients:

550 g flour 150 g white yogurt 100 ml milk 25 g sugar 1 egg 50 g butter 1 teaspoon baker’s yeast 1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

Put the milk, butter and yeast in the bowl and then set 2 minutes at 37° on speed 2.
Add the flour,sour, yogurt, egg and salt then set 8 minutes on epi.
Leave the dough in the bowl , cover with a clean cloth then let rise 1 hour 30 minutes.
Shape the dough into balls then place in the muffin tins and leave to rise for 20 minutes.
Place a piece of chocolate in the center of each muffin or sprinkle with sugar grains then bake in a hot oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
