Plates of pork leg rubbed with pressed garlic, coated in flour and potato dough flavoured with beer, fried until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. Cut the meat into slices, tenderize, rub with rubbed garlic and coat in plain flour
2. Peel and finely grate the raw potatoes, squeeze out the excess water
3. Add the eggs, beer, marjoram, salt and pepper to the potatoes, mix everything thoroughly
4. Coat the slices of meat in the prepared batter, fry until golden brown in hot oil
5. Serve with potatoes and sauerkraut.
