Peanut spread
1 crucible low-fat Greek yoghurt 50 g fresh peas (sterilised) 1 clove garlic salt, black pepper ground 1 tsp olive oil
Other ingredients
Vegetable Recipes (cherry tomatoes, cucumber…) 1 pk mozzarella cheese parsley green olives, walnuts wholemeal bread

Summer breakfast for balcony, terrace or garden

Peanut spread. Season with salt and pepper and mix again.

Spread on whole wheat bread and garnish with parsley. Add veggies to the plate according to preference, sliced mozzarella, walnuts or olives.

Breakfast is ready. Enjoy!
