A delicacy not only for a festive lunch…
1.
Wash the pork tenderloin and cut into about 6 cm pieces. Season the meat on each side with salt and pepper of 4 colours. Wrap with bacon and pierce with toothpicks to hold the bacon. In a hot frying pan with a little oil, sear them on each side – about 3 minutes each side. Then put them on a greased baking sheet and put them in the oven for about 15 more minutes.
2.
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into smaller pieces. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the mushrooms to it. Salt them a little to let the juices out. Then add the water and season with the veggies. Let it cook for 15 minutes on a low heat. Finally, thicken the sauce with flour, which you mix in a little water.
3.
American potatoes are suitable as a side dish. Cut the potatoes into wedges, salt them, season with cumin and American pepper and bake them in the oven until they are soft and crispy.
