300 g semi-coarse flour 300 ml milk or water 1 pk egg 1 cube yeast 300 g sauerkraut salt whole caraway garlic oil overgrown bacon

Easy and tasty dinner or side dish to hot soup…
1.
Rinse the sauerkraut if necessary and chop into smaller pieces…

In milk or water stir yeast, add flour, egg, salt, caraway seeds and mix with a fork to make a semi-fluid dough.

Add the chopped sauerkraut, stir. Pour the batter onto a greased large baking sheet, let rest for about 30 minutes
4.
Prepare the rubbing mix – 4 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp water, 1 tsp salt and lots and lots of crushed garlic
5.
sprinkle the sourdough with finely chopped bacon and bake at 230°C for about 15 minutes
6.
while still hot, brush with garlic paste
