250 g smoked trout 125 g butter 1 tsp lemon juice 125 g cream cheese 1 tsp horseradish paste
procedure
Process smoked trout, butter and cheese in a food processor for 20 seconds or until smooth. Add lemon juice, horseradish paste and stir. Add salt, ground black pepper. Serve with bread.
