Bread with butter and tvarůžky

In the past a regular breakfast or dinner for many Czech families. Slices of bread smeared with butter and garnished with tvarůžky, sprinkled with cumin, pepper, ground red pepper and slices of spring onions or leeks.

Ingredients:

1 package of Olomouc tvarůžky 50-80 g butter spring onion or piece of leek slice of fresh bread red ground red pepper cumin pepper

Procedure:

Spread fresh bread slices with butter

Spread with chunks, halves or even whole tvarůžky

Finally sprinkle the slices with cumin, ground red pepper and pepper

Decorate with spring onion or leek slices.

Recommendation:

Serve with milk or buttermilk, but you can also wash it down with a well-chilled beer.
