Bread Spring Soup

From the recipes of our grandmothers. Bread fried with onions, boiled with broth and topped with a lost egg.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 40 g of lard 4 pcs bread slices 4 pcs roll 1 pcs onion 1 pcs bone of meat broth 1 pcs bone of meat broth mace chives parsley (nettle) ground ginger salt

Procedure:

1. Fry sliced onion and sliced bread in hot lard
2. Pour in water, add stock cube, spices, and boil for 5 minutes
3. Put one of the lost eggs on each plate, pour the soup over it and sprinkle it thickly with finely chopped greens.
