Bread soup without flour

ingredients

250 g potato 1,5 liters water 50 g fat 50 g onion 300 g bread to taste salt, ground cumin, ground red pepper, ground pepper, parsley

1. Cut the potatoes lengthwise and put them to boil in salted water with cumin. Fry the onion in the fat, sprinkle with paprika and pepper, add the cubed bread and fry together. 2. Finally, add the bread to the soup with the potatoes and serve immediately. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
