Bread soup with sausage

A tasty soup from folk cuisine.

Ingredients:

200 g of black bread 100 g of clobber 50 g of shredded bread 20 g of butter to toast the bread beef stock from a masox cube or water mace ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the bread into small pieces or break it up and boil it slightly in water or masox broth
2. Salt and season with ground pepper and nutmeg
3. Cut the sausage into rounds, fry and place in plates or soup bowls
4. Pour the soup over and sprinkle with the grated bread fried in butter
