1/2 liter water 1 pk vegetable broth 3 pk slices of harder bread 1 pk egg 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp marjoram 1 dl milk 1 lard 2 cloves garlic a little chives for garnish
procedure
1. Add the vegetable broth to half a liter of water. Add a teaspoon of cumin and 2 slices of bread cut into small cubes and cook until cooked through. Blend with an immersion blender after about 10 minutes for better consistency. 2. Then add the egg with milk, pressed garlic. Cut the last slice of bread into small cubes and fry like croutons in a tablespoon of lard. Garnish the finished soup with croutons and chopped chives.
