1 kg plain flour 1/2 KL salt 2 tbsp caraway seeds 2 KL sugar 60 g yeast to taste garlic, water

1. Prepare a sourdough starter with yeast, a little salt, sugar, flour and lukewarm water. Then add the flour and 6 dl of water and the caraway seeds. Knead the dough and let it rise. Stir the risen dough and let it rise again. 2. Put parchment paper on a baking tray, pour the dough and make a bread shape. Let stand for a while and then bake at 250 °C for about 20 minutes. Then turn the heat down to half and bake for half an hour. 3. Finally, turn off the oven and let it finish cooking. Brush with garlic water while baking. Smash the garlic into the water and stir.
