Bread Sauce with Beef

A cooked piece of prime beef or tail, served sliced with a sauce of fried bread crusts and other ingredients.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Wash the beef and put it in lightly salted water, add half an onion with its skin, sprigs of green parsley and cook until tender
2. Put a tablespoon of lard in the pot and fry the bread crusts until red, add a tablespoon of finely chopped onion, cloves, bay leaf, pepper and roast for a while
3. Pour the broth from the meat over the toasted crusts and let them boil
4. Slice the meat, put it in a soup pot and strain the sauce from the cooked crusts directly onto the meat in an oblong colander
5. Add the masox cube, the crushed garlic, boil briefly, don’t forget to stir the sauce so it doesn’t burn from the bottom
6. Finally, sprinkle it with marjoram, add salt if necessary, stir and do not boil anymore.
