Bread rolls stuffed with mushrooms

ingredients

2 pcs bun 1 dl milk 60 g lard to taste salt 1 pk onion 100 g mushrooms 1 pk egg a little ground black pepper 200 g lard for frying

Omelette dough

1 pk egg 1 dl milk 50 g coarse flour a little salt

step

1. Cut the bread rolls into slices and moisten with milk. 2. Fry the chopped onion in lard, add the chopped cleaned mushrooms, salt, pepper and simmer. Add the egg to the stewed ones, spread on a slice and join two by two. 3. Wrap in omelette dough and fry in hot lard. Serve with salad or side dish. 4. Add egg, salt and milk to the flour and knead into a smooth dough.
