Bread Cutlets with Melted Cheese

Toasted bread smeared with cheese, topped with ham salami, wrapped in triple wrap and fried until golden brown.

Ingredients:

6 pcs slices of toasted bread 2 pcs of melted ham cheese 300 g ham sausage frying oil For coating: smooth flour breadcrumbs eggs

Procedure:

1. Spread the bread slices on both sides with melted ham cheese
2. Then add a slice of ham on each side and press
3. Coat in plain flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs 4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
