Brčálka z Rokycan

Spring soup with herbs.

Ingredients:

50 g of young sorrel leaves 50 g of young violet leaves 50 g of butter 2 tbsp smooth flour 1 l of meat broth muscadine flower fried white bread pepper

Procedure:

1. Wash the herbs, chop into pieces and saute in butter
2. Then rub them through a sieve, sprinkle with flour, stir and boil with the broth for about 10 minutes
