Braised Red Cabbage Danish Style

Quick recipe for braised cabbage.

Ingredients:

800 g of red cabbage 40 g butter ground pepper sugar ocet salt

Post:

1. Place the finely chopped cabbage in a saucepan with a small amount of boiling salted water and simmer until almost all the water has evaporated
2. Brush the cabbage with butter and season, to taste, with vinegar, ground pepper and sugar.
