Braised paprika chicken thigh with leek
ingredients
4 pcs chicken thigh 2 tbsp oil 1 pk leek 2 tbsp ground red sweet paprika 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp ground black pepper 2 dl soy milk

1.
Salt the chicken thigh, season with black pepper, sprinkle with paprika and mix with oil

Fry the chicken thighs on all sides in a hot frying pan.

Slice the leeks into strips.

Remove the chicken thighs from the pan and fry the leeks in the fat. Add a little oil if necessary.

Add the chicken thighs to the fried leeks, cover with about 3 dl of water, cover and simmer on a low heat for about 40 minutes.
6.
When the meat is tender, thicken it with soy milk and let it simmer for about 3 more minutes.
7.
Serve with pasta. Enjoy!
