Braised mushrooms
ingredients
1000 g fresh mushrooms 150 g oil to taste salt to taste parsley a little water
procedure
1. Clean the mushrooms, rinse them and boil them in salted water. 2. Drain them in a colander, put the drained mushrooms in hot oil, add a little water and simmer covered for about 30 min. 3. Toss with green parsley before serving.
