Braised kale with red peppers and beans

1/2 pk kale 1 can white butter beans 1 pk red bell pepper 1 pk onion 3 cloves garlic 1 KL ground hot red pepper 3 dl vegetable broth 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 KL soy sauce oil salt
step
1. Fry the onion and sliced garlic in oil. 2. Add the kale cut into strips and saute for 5 minutes. 3. Add sweet peppers cut into small pieces (or strips) and beans. Simmer for another 5 minutes and cover with broth. 4. Season with ground hot pepper and soy sauce. Simmer for about 20 minutes until the kale and peppers are completely softened. 5. Finally, dust everything with cornstarch. 6. Enjoy!
