Braised Cauliflower with Mushrooms and Capers

Seeded cauliflower, chopped mushrooms and capers sautéed in oil and onion. All sauteed over low heat, seasoned with romaine and lemon juice.

Ingredients:

300 g of cauliflower 200 g of mushrooms 1 pc cap 1 pc onion 4 tbsp oil 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp lemon juice pinch of ground coriander pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Heat the oil in a wok, add the diced onion and let it froth
2. Remove the cauliflower, break it into florets and chop finely
3. Throw it into the pan with the onion
4. Add the spices, salt, lemon juice and stir
6. Cover and simmer over a low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes – it should be bite-size
7. Season to taste with salt.

Recommendation:

You can garnish the plate with coriander leaves. Serve with minute or grilled meats, roast chicken, etc.
