400 g spinach puree 250 g bryndza 300 g pasta farfalle (bow ties) salt parmesan cheese for sprinkling 100 g tomatoes scherry lettuce for garnish
procedure
1.
In the first pot, boil the pasta. Drain.

In the second pot, put the spinach to drain the water.

Then we grind the bryndza and let it melt.
