Bowl with cottage cheese and strawberries

A tasty, well chilled snack or a sweet spot after a good lunch.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Add the sour cream to the cottage cheese and whisk well with a whisk
2. Add the preserves a little at a time and continue to whisk so that the curd is not lumpy and combines well with the preserves
3. Wash the cleaned strawberries gently and drain, cut the larger ones into quarters
4. Stir about 2/3 of the strawberries into the cottage cheese and fill 4 bowls with it
5. Decorate the top of the cream with the remaining strawberries and chill.
