Bourdaloue pie with pears with Thermomix
The Bourdaloue pie is a typical Parisian pear pie, this dessert is a variant of the American style amandine pies, and in fact, is also served hot. Here is the recipe for pear bourdaloue pie with Thermomix, a tasty pie filled with pears and a delicious almond cream.
Ingredients:
1 homemade shortcrust pastry ( recipe here) 3 eggs 100 g sugar 120 g almond powder 90 g soft butter 1 tablespoon rum 1 can pear in syrup
Preparation:
Prepare the shortcrust pastry then roll it out in a pie pan and prick it with a fork.
Put the eggs, sugar, butter, rum and almond powder in the bowl of the thermomix then set 40 seconds on speed 3.
Then pour the preparation on the bottom of the pastry.
Cut the pears into strips but leave them whole then arrange them in a star shape on the tart.
Preheat the oven to 180°C then bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
