Soup of seafood, fish and other ingredients, served with toasted baguettes covered with sauce.

Procedure:
1. First, prepare the bagel sauce; whisk the mayonnaise well with the ground paprika, peeled, crushed garlic, season with salt and pepper as needed
2. In a saucepan, fry the peeled, finely chopped onions in 4 tablespoons of heated oil, then add the peeled, sliced garlic, add the peeled tomatoes, white wine and 200 ml of water
3. Add salt and pepper to taste, bay leaves, saffron, cleaned and sliced celery and cook over a low heat for about 10 minutes
4. Then add the fish, mussels and prawns to the casserole and cook slowly for about 15 minutes
5. Cut the baguettes into slices, dry fry them, then brush with the sauce and serve with the soup.
