500 g various sea fish 200 g seafood 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 litre fish stock 1 pk onion 1 pk carrot 1 pk leek 1 pk celery 2 pk tomato 1 pk potato 2 pk garlic cloves 3 tbsp oil 1 pk bay leaf to taste thyme, parsley, saffron, salt, pepper
procedure
1. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice and leave to rest. Cut the Vegetable Recipes into rounds or cubes. Add the carrots, onion, leek, celery, garlic to the oil and fry. Add potatoes, bay leaf, thyme, parsley and pour in broth. 2. Put the fish in the broth and boil. Then add the tomatoes, saffron, salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes and now it’s the seafood’s turn. Boil briefly and serve.
