Bosnian Pot

Bits of roasted meat baked in the oven with Vegetable Recipes.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 500 g of various meats (mutton, lamb, veal, pork) 500 g potatoes 800 g of various Vegetable Recipes (eggplants,tomatoes, peas, peppers) 80 g

2 dl wine 2 pcs onions 2 pcs garlic cloves ground hot peppers ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the meat into cubes
2. Add the diced Vegetable Recipes and potatoes, finely chopped onion, rubbed garlic and put in the pot
4. Add salt and pepper, pour wine over everything and bake in a medium oven (190 °C) until tender.
