Borscht

ingredients

2 pcs smoked ribs 500 g pork 3 pcs beetroot 300 g chopped sweet cabbage 2 pcs onion bay leaf, allspice, oil

procedure

1.

Fry the roughly chopped onion in oil. Add the chopped pork, let pull in. Add water, put smoked ribs. Cook for about 1,5h.

Clean the raw beetroot, cut into cubes and add to the soup. Cook for about 30mins.

3.

Finally add the chopped cabbage, enough to make a thick soup. Cook until cabbage is softened.

Serve with sour cream. Enjoy! 🙂
