Boneless chicken thighs in a crispy herb wrap

ingredients
5 pcs chicken thighs 3 tbsp tartar sauce to taste salt, ground black pepper 5 slices ham 5 slices cheese
For coating
3 pcs egg 1/2 packet herb mix for coating 5 tbsp breadcrumbs 4 tbsp plain flour

A delicious herb mix for coating that tastes fantastic on any meat. Try it!
1.
Clean the chicken thighs of gristle and remove the bone. Wash well.
2.
Salt and pepper the chicken thighs on each side. Brush the inside with tartar sauce.
3.
Place a slice of ham.

Place a slice of cheese on top of the ham, or cut off a piece.

Roll up the meat.

Mix the corn mixture with the breadcrumbs. We don’t have to, but the mixture sticks to the meat better.
7.
And progressively roll in flour, egg and herb mixture.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan.

progressively fry the meat on each side until golden.

Serve with roasted potatoes. You can choose the stuffing of your choice (ham, cheese, Vegetable Recipes, mushrooms…) Enjoy!
