Bone Soup

Fake beef soup

Ingredients:

500 g of bone 100 g root Vegetable Recipes 20 g of fat 2 l water salt heart or liver

Procedure:

1. Place the carefully washed, chopped bones in cold water, bring to a boil and then cook for about 2 hours over low heat
2. In the meantime, fry the heart or liver in the fat, and add the chopped Vegetable Recipes to the soup about 10 minutes before it comes to the boil
3. Drain the soup, season with salt, add the chopped giblets, and cover with some vinaigrette (see vinaigrettes).

Recommendation:

– It is best to cook the soup from the cross bones.
