Bolognese walnut sauce
ingredients
1 cup walnuts 2 cloves garlic 1/2 KL fennel 1/2 KL ground hot red pepper 1/2 KL dried basil 1/2 KL salt 600 ml passé tomatoes
procedure
1. Place the nuts, salt, basil, ground paprika, fennel and garlic in a food processor and blend. 2. Meanwhile, pour the passé tomatoes into a pan and bring to the boil. Add the finished walnut crumble to the sauce and stir. 3. Finally, season with salt to taste. Enjoy!
