Bolognese Pancakes

Oven-baked pancakes made of egg batter, brushed with bolognese mixture, sprinkled with grated cheese and peppers.

Ingredients:

For the batter: 125 g of plain flour 125 ml milk 100 ml mineral cups 5 pcs vacuum cleaner pinch of salt For the bolognese mixture: 2 tablespoons of olive oil 2 tbsp of tomato puree 400 g

td>chopped canned tomatoes 400 g of minced meat 100 g of English bacon 2 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs carrots 1 pc onions pear of oregano ground pepper salt For sprinkling: 80 g grated cheese 2 pcs small peppers

Procedure:

1. Chop the bacon, peeled garlic cloves, peeled onion and cleaned carrots, then fry everything in a pan in heated oil
2. Add the minced meat, fry it, stir in the tomato paste, add the tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and oregano and simmer for 30 minutes
3. Beat the beaten eggs thoroughly with milk and a pinch of salt, stir in the plain flour and let the batter rest for about 15 minutes, then stir in the mineral water
4. Line two baking trays with baking paper, spread half of the batter in a circle and leave in the oven at 180 °C for about 8 minutes before baking
5. Let cool slightly, cut into pieces or just fold over and serve.
