Bolognese Goulash
Goulash of beef, carrots, olives, tomatoes, red wine and other ingredients.

Procedure:
1. Cut the cleaned meat into cubes, salt and pepper, fry in hot oil on all sides, remove and set aside
2. Put the peeled, finely chopped onion, cleaned, chopped carrots into the hot oil and sauté until the onion is golden
3. Then put the meat back, add the peeled, minced garlic cloves, pour in the wine and stock, add the peeled tomatoes, tomato paste, drained olives and simmer until the meat is soft
4. Finally add finely chopped oregano, cream, boil everything briefly, serve the stew with pasta.
