procedure
1. Lightly tenderize the meat and cut into small pieces. Put the lard in a saucepan, add the chopped onion and fry until pink. 2. Then add the minced paprika, chopped meat, a little cumin and crushed garlic, salt, add a little water and simmer. When the meat is semi-soft, add the chopped potatoes, chopped peppers and simmer until tender. 3. Serve with bread.
